Data You Give Us Directly
When you use a search form, the name, phone number, or address you enter is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. We do not keep a copy of those searches on our own servers. If you send us a message, we receive the details you choose to include and use them only to respond.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our hosting systems keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use that information in aggregate to maintain the site, troubleshoot errors, and understand which Culver City records pages visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use the data described above to run the site, fix technical problems, measure traffic, and improve the public-records reference pages. We do not sell a visitor list. We do not build individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to Culver City, Los Angeles County, California, court, library, and third-party search resources. Each outside site applies its own privacy policy. Data you submit to the Culver City NextRequest portal, the LA County RR/CC, Los Angeles Superior Court, the LA County Assessor, or a sponsored search provider is governed by that site's rules, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
Companies that host, secure, analyze, or support this site may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served through an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes listed above. Because we do not offer user accounts, this site does not hold your password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including rights to know, correct, delete, or limit certain personal information held by a business. Because we hold very little, most requests are narrow: we can search our contact mailbox and server logs and remove what we find when required. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Culver City, Los Angeles County, Los Angeles Superior Court, or California agencies are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
